DiscoveredLOGIC, LLC is an executive coaching and corporate training firm that serves clients in the United States and overseas. Victor Prince is the founder and Managing Director of DiscoveredLOGIC, LLC.
Victor is the author of three books on leadership – Lead Inside the Box: How Smart Leaders Guide their Teams to Exceptional Results (Career Press, 2015), Executive Farm: A Leadership Fable (DiscoveredLOGIC, 2016), and The Camino Way: Lessons in Leadership from a Walk Across Spain (HarperCollins/AMACOM, 2017). His books have hit the Top 100 bestseller lists in 8 Amazon.com categories; are stocked by 1,000+ public libraries systems in 30 countries; have been translated into Spanish, Chinese, and Korean; and have been published in hardcover, paperback, ebook, and audiobook formats.

Victor has 20+ years of experience in corporate and government leadership positions using and teaching advanced problem-solving techniques, including:
- as a consultant and case team leader for Bain & Company, a leading strategy consulting firm, helping clients in the US, UK, France and Spain in a variety of industries;
- as a Senior Director of Marketing & Analysis with Capital One Financial responsible for internet marketing strategy;
- as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), where he led a staff of 300+ people and managed an annual budget of over $100 million;
- and as the Director of CapStat, a cabinet-level position with the Washington DC Mayor Fenty Administration charged with driving performance accountability for the $10 billion DC local/state-level government and for tracking the $240 million in federal funding grants DC received from the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
Victor earned an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA (magna cum laude) in International Studies and Economics from American University. He is also a Board Certified Coach and a Certified Executive Coach.
DiscoveredLOGIC LLC is the company Victor established in 2016 to deliver his coaching and training services in tandem with partners like thoughtLEADERS LLC.. The name, Discovered Logic, comes from a quote in the excellent book by Walter Kiechel, The Lords of Strategy, about the creation of the strategy consulting industry. “Discovered logic” describes the ideal relationship between a strategy consultant and client where they figure out solutions to the client’s problems together as a team. The client not only gets their problems solved… they also build their own problem-solving skills in the process. That concept captures what DiscoveredLOGIC LLC strives to do with every client we serve.
